Customer Service Coordinator (Program Advisor)

About the role

Intoact International is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to act as a Program Advisor for prospective students and clients. You will guide candidates through the decision‑making and enrollment journey, ensuring they are matched with the most suitable training programs.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with prospects via calls, messages and meetings to understand their goals.
• Respond promptly to inbound inquiries across all communication channels.
• Explain program formats, schedules, pricing and outcomes clearly.
• Guide prospects through the full enrollment process from first contact to confirmation.
• Apply a consultative sales approach without overselling.
• Build trust‑based relationships and handle objections professionally.
• Follow up consistently to support timely decisions.
• Achieve individual enrollment and revenue targets while tracking leads and conversions.
• Coordinate with training and marketing teams to stay aligned on program details.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proven experience in sales, enrollment or customer service, preferably in education or training.
• Customer‑centric mindset focused on long‑term satisfaction.
• Organised, proactive and comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience using CRM systems and digital tools.
