Customer Insights Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Customer Insights Analyst to collect, analyse and interpret customer data. You will turn complex data into actionable insights that improve the customer experience and support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Gather customer data from CRM systems, surveys, loyalty programmes and fuel‑station transactions.
• Analyse behaviour, purchasing trends and service‑usage patterns.
• Develop segmentation models and predict future buying behaviours, identifying cross‑selling opportunities.
• Translate findings into clear dashboards, reports and presentations for management.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and operations to embed insights into campaigns and service improvements.
• Design and manage feedback systems, monitor satisfaction levels and recommend service enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with data‑privacy regulations and internal governance standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics (Master’s preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in customer insights, analytics or market research, preferably in oil & gas, energy or FMCG.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent communication in English, French and Arabic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, under pressure while maintaining quality.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using reporting tools.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
