Creative Designer & Webflow Developer

About the role

You will turn Qureos' story into visual experiences that people actually see, and you will build those experiences live in Webflow without a hand‑off. The role sits at the intersection of design, growth and product, delivering ads, landing pages and motion assets that shape the first impression of a faster hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build ads, landing pages and motion assets, then implement them directly in Webflow.
• Maintain a consistent visual language across two distinct funnels – companies hiring and talent seeking.
• Work closely with growth, marketing and the founders to ship designs quickly and iterate based on performance data.
• Produce high‑converting landing pages, organic social creatives and paid‑ad assets on tight deadlines.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of professional design experience (8+ years is a plus) with a portfolio of shipped work.
• Ability to design and then build the final product in Webflow without relying on developers.
• Proven track record of creating high‑converting landing pages.
• Experience crafting both organic social and paid‑ad creatives.
• Comfort delivering quality work under fast turnaround timelines.
• Motion design skills are part of the toolkit.
