Construction Unit Lead

About the role

United Industries Group is seeking a proactive Construction Unit Lead to support the Managing Director in coordinating international construction and development projects. The role involves hands‑on involvement from design through execution, with extensive travel and occasional accommodation outside Lebanon.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the MD to plan and execute international construction projects.
• Participate in design development, technical coordination, and site planning.
• Supervise project execution, procurement, production, and site operations to ensure quality, efficiency, and cost control.
• Coordinate consultants, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams across project stages.
• Review drawings, specifications, quantities, and documentation.
• Assist in budgeting, scheduling, operational planning, and reporting.
• Manage logistics, deliveries, and overall project coordination.
• Prepare professional presentations, reports, and administrative documents.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure alignment with company standards.

Required profile

• Proactive, entrepreneurial, and solution‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent command of English; Turkish or Spanish a plus.
• 1‑5 years of experience in architecture, construction, engineering, or related fields.
• Good understanding of 2D/3D architectural and technical drawings.
• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work in dynamic international environments and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Interest in construction systems, project execution, procurement, and operations.
• Valid passport with strong travel flexibility; prior international travel preferred.
