About the role
We are seeking a Company Secretary to provide high‑level administrative support to our executives and ensure smooth governance processes across the organization. The role involves managing confidential information, coordinating board and committee meetings, and acting as a liaison with regulatory bodies.
Key responsibilities
- Manage executives’ schedules, correspondence and confidential documents.
- Prepare and organise the Bank’s General and Board meetings as well as other committee sessions.
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance rules and statutory requirements.
- Maintain relationships with regulatory authorities and oversee the diffusion of statutory memorandums.
- Coordinate project‑based work and support cross‑functional initiatives.
- Liaise with internal departments and external organisations to achieve business objectives.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of experience as an executive secretary or in a comparable role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- In‑depth knowledge of office management practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
