Client Relationship Representative

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Client Relationship Representative to join our fully remote team. In this role you will guide clients through our recruitment solutions, resolve inquiries efficiently, and nurture long‑term relationships. The ideal candidate is a strong multitasker with excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional assistance to customers via phone, email, and live chat.
• Deliver daily updates to over 100 clients through messaging platforms.
• Facilitate onboarding for new clients with clear instructions and support.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and objections, ensuring timely resolutions.
• Proactively follow up on pending tasks or outstanding issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and implement enhancements.
• Manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously without compromising quality.
• Maintain detailed records of all client interactions in the CRM system.
• Build strong, trust‑based relationships with clients to foster loyalty.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote experience in a high‑volume customer service role.
• Familiarity with recruitment and HR processes is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
• Ability to handle over 100 client interactions daily with efficiency.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Exceptional multitasking, organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
• Patience and resilience when managing difficult client interactions.
