Client Engagement Onboarding – Associate to Manager (Beirut/Jordan)

About the role

Join Deloitte’s Middle East team as a Client Engagement Onboarding specialist, supporting end‑to‑end onboarding for new clients and engagements across associate to manager levels. You will coordinate approvals, risk and compliance clearances, and ensure timely delivery for a seamless client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Run onboarding requests from start to finish, handling documentation, approvals and closure.
• Coordinate required clearances such as conflicts, legal, unlimited liability, working‑at‑risk and DRB.
• Track WINs and code openings, maintain daily trackers and provide status updates to leadership.
• Monitor service‑level agreements, follow up on delays and drive faster turnaround times.
• Support lifecycle tasks including archiving closed codes, escalating items over 45 days, and flagging pricing sheet issues.
• Manage stakeholders across Engagement Teams, Growth, Finance, Legal and Risk/Compliance to remove blockers.
• Provide ad‑hoc operational support as needed.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook with accurate tracking and reporting.
• Experience using onboarding or workflow tools such as SRM or similar platforms.
• Ability to validate setup requirements and compliance documentation.
• Basic analytics skills to monitor turnaround time, trends and operational metrics.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and capable of handling multiple requests simultaneously.
• Clear communicator able to escalate issues with context and actionable recommendations.
• For managerial level – experience coaching junior staff and managing workload quality.
