Chief Procurement Officer

About the role

The Chief Procurement Officer (CPO) joins Presentail’s executive team to shape and execute a global procurement and sourcing strategy. Reporting to the CEO, the CPO will drive cost efficiency, supply resilience, and strategic alignment across all business units.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead Presentail’s long‑term procurement vision, policy and governance.
• Own supplier relationships, contract negotiations and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with the CEO, CFO and COO to align procurement decisions with financial and operational goals.
• Oversee procurement planning, purchasing operations and contract management for all vendor categories.
• Implement enterprise‑level procurement systems that support scalability and compliance.
• Lead inventory forecasting, demand planning and AI‑driven analytics to prevent supply disruptions.
• Identify and mitigate supply‑chain risks, including geopolitical and sustainability challenges.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance or related field (MBA preferred).
• 4+ years of senior‑level procurement or strategic sourcing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven success developing procurement strategies in high‑growth or e‑commerce environments.
• Strong negotiation, financial and analytical capabilities.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, able to influence executive decisions.
