About the role
The Cash Register Operator works full‑time on‑site at the LALA Chicken branch in Broumana. You will be the front‑line person handling customer transactions, ensuring a smooth and friendly checkout experience.
Key responsibilities
- Process cash, card and other payment methods accurately using the POS system.
- Issue receipts, handle returns and exchanges following company procedures.
- Balance the cash drawer and reconcile daily sales.
- Monitor prices, discounts and report any discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized checkout area and follow security guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to support overall store operations.
Required profile
- Strong numerical accuracy and basic math skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Ability to stand for long periods in a fast‑paced environment.
- Willingness to work scheduled shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or hospitality experience preferred.
Required skills
- POS systems operation.
- Basic computer literacy.
