About the role

The Café des Lettres is looking for a friendly and efficient Cafeteria Waiter/Waitress to join its vibrant team. Working in a busy café‑restaurant environment, you will be responsible for delivering a high‑quality guest experience during the lunch and dinner service.

Key responsibilities

• Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages to guests.
• Ensure timely and courteous service throughout the dining experience.
• Collaborate with kitchen and floor staff to maintain smooth operations.
• Maintain cleanliness of service areas and follow food safety and hygiene standards.
• Handle trays, stand for extended periods, and work efficiently in a fast‑paced setting.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a la carte service or similar hospitality role.
• Strong customer service orientation with a professional attitude.
• Good communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
• Ability to work Monday‑Friday or Monday‑Saturday, full‑time.
• Physical stamina to stand, carry trays and move quickly.

Required skills

• Knowledge of basic food and beverage service operations.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
