Business Growth Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Business Growth Specialist to lead and execute market expansion strategies for LAITRON. The role combines sales expertise, market insight and marketing capabilities to design go‑to‑market initiatives, identify growth opportunities and drive revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Go‑to‑Market Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive go‑to‑market strategies for products and services; identify target markets, customer segments and value propositions; align product positioning with market needs.
• Business Development & Sales: Generate new business opportunities, build a strong sales pipeline and lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals; maintain and grow relationships with key clients and partners.
• Market Intelligence: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors and customer needs; provide insights to refine offerings and pricing strategies.
• Marketing & Positioning: Collaborate on marketing initiatives and campaigns; support brand positioning and awareness.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with technical teams and work with leadership on growth planning and performance tracking.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales or go‑to‑market roles.
• Experience in technology or digital solutions (preferred).
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and client acquisition.
