Business Growth Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Business Growth Lead to own the growth strategy and execution for one of our business lines. This cross‑functional role sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and leadership, reporting directly to the Chief Retail & Marketing Officer.

Key responsibilities

• Own growth targets, revenue goals, customer acquisition and key KPIs for the assigned business line.
• Identify high‑impact growth opportunities across the customer journey and develop quarterly growth plans.
• Coordinate with Performance Marketing, Martech, Retail, Community Management, Partnerships, Organic Social, and Creative teams to ensure aligned, rapid delivery.
• Analyze funnel performance, generate data‑driven insights, and prioritize experiments.
• Lead the planning and execution of major growth initiatives, removing blockers and driving accountability.
• Continuously improve processes, automate workflows, and collaborate with technical teams on AI and automation solutions.
