Business Development Manager – Stretch Ceilings & Fit‑Out

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, results‑driven Business Development Manager to expand our market presence across Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on driving sales of stretch ceiling and fit‑out solutions, managing the full project sales cycle, and building strong relationships with architects, consultants and key industry stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Strengthen brand awareness and positioning across the MENA region through strategic engagement with architects, developers and consultants.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions and conferences.
• Collaborate with production, procurement and technical teams to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in hospitality, education, corporate, healthcare and entertainment sectors.
• Generate leads, build a robust pipeline and manage the sales process from prospecting to contract signing.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor and seeking cross‑sell/upsell opportunities.
• Promote stretch ceiling and interior finishing solutions during the design stage and secure product specifications with architects and consultants.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development or sales within the stretch ceiling, fit‑out or broader construction sector.
• Deep understanding of project sales cycles, specification selling and technical product knowledge.
• Strong network with architects, consultants and developers in the region.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
