Business Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a sharp, curious, and results‑driven Business Analyst to join our growing team in Lebanon. You will work primarily from Beirut with occasional on‑site collaboration, helping to transform business problems into data‑driven, automated solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business problems, dig into data, and design practical, impactful solutions.
• Use state‑of‑the‑art technology to automate processes and build chat‑bots (n8n, OpenAI, LangChain, Notion, JIRA, Miro, etc.).
• Restructure operations, define KPIs, and build automated systems to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to launch dashboards, chat‑bots, and internal tools.
• Design workflows, wireframes, and mockups to bring new ideas to life.
• Translate business needs into clear specifications and support implementation end‑to‑end.

Required profile

• Analytical mindset with a degree in Engineering, Economics, Physics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Open to experienced individuals, fresh graduates, and students.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
