British Curriculum Math Teacher

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Math Teacher to join our school in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will deliver engaging mathematics lessons to students in Grades 4, 5, and 6, following the British curriculum. This role offers the opportunity to shape young learners’ problem‑solving abilities and confidence in mathematics.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver interactive mathematics lessons for Grades 4‑6.
• Use practical examples, demonstrations, and problem‑solving activities to clarify concepts.
• Employ student‑centered teaching methods that promote participation, critical thinking, and independent learning.
• Prepare lesson plans, homework, quizzes, examinations, and other learning materials.
• Assess student performance, monitor progress, and provide constructive feedback.
• Adapt instruction to meet diverse learning abilities and support students facing difficulties.
• Maintain a structured, positive, and engaging classroom environment.
• Collaborate with academic leadership, fellow teachers, and parents to support student development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of mathematics teaching experience.
• Experience teaching the British or American curriculum, preferably at elementary or lower‑middle school level.
• Excellent English communication skills with clear pronunciation.
• Willingness to relocate to Jeddah or already based in the city.
