Brand Manager

About the role

The Brand Manager will drive brand growth, consumer demand and market share by developing and executing integrated brand and marketing strategies. Working closely with the Business Manager, the role ensures alignment between sales, marketing and commercial objectives while adhering to global brand guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with suppliers on orders, product launches, sales performance and promotional initiatives.
• Develop and update annual business plans for each brand, aligning with commercial targets and P&L objectives.
• Monitor market trends, consumer behavior and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports to support data‑driven decision‑making.
• Validate product codes, pricing structures and product information for launches and replenishment.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning to forecast orders and maintain optimal stock levels.
• Design, review and implement brand marketing plans, integrated campaigns and promotional activities.
• Manage the Advertising & Promotion budget to maximise return on investment.
• Coordinate media planning, visual merchandising and in‑store brand activations.
• Track and analyse ROI of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Support sales operations, Gift with Purchase programmes and special events.
• Implement and monitor e‑commerce strategy, including product listings, visuals and pricing.

Required profile

• Proven experience in brand management or related marketing functions.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret market data and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with sales, demand planning, marketing and supplier teams.
