Brand & Growth Manager

About the role

800 Storage is a fast‑growing premium self‑storage provider operating nine facilities in Dubai. As the company enters a major brand‑growth phase, the Brand & Growth Manager will lead the evolution of the brand and drive acquisition, engagement and new digital services across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the overall brand strategy and market positioning for 800 Storage.
• Evolve and modernize the brand across every customer touchpoint, both digital and physical.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns focused on customer acquisition, engagement and brand awareness.
• Support the launch and positioning of new app‑based services and digital customer experiences.
• Oversee social media, content strategy, campaign execution and brand communication.
• Manage and improve digital marketing efforts, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, email marketing and lead‑generation initiatives.
• Ensure consistency in visual identity, messaging, tone of voice and customer communication.
• Collaborate with designers, content creators, developers and sales teams to deliver marketing initiatives.
• Improve the customer journey and digital experience across the website, landing pages and other platforms.
• Analyse campaign performance, customer behaviour and marketing KPIs to optimise growth and engagement.
• Identify strategic partnerships, collaborations and brand‑exposure opportunities.
• Support the creation of company presentations, branded materials and other customer‑facing assets.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in branding, marketing, growth marketing or digital marketing.
• Proven experience building, scaling or repositioning brands.
• Strong understanding of modern branding and digital customer experiences.
