About the role
Edutory Center is seeking a BIM Expert to lead the creation, coordination and management of building information models across our projects. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of BIM implementation throughout the project lifecycle and supporting internal training initiatives to raise BIM competency.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and coordinate BIM models using Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD.
- Ensure BIM standards and best practices are applied consistently.
- Support training sessions and mentor staff on BIM tools and processes.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers and contractors to resolve model conflicts.
- Conduct clash detection and model reviews.
- Prepare and deliver model‑based documentation for construction and hand‑over.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of professional BIM experience.
- Strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD.
- Excellent coordination and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
- Willingness to work full‑time on‑site.
