BIM Author - Architecture

About the role

The BIM Author – Architecture will create and maintain detailed architectural BIM models for CIVE® projects, delivering high‑quality construction documentation from concept through completion. This full‑time, on‑site position in Beirut works closely with multidisciplinary teams coordinated from the company’s Houston headquarters.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and refine architectural BIM models up to LOD 400.
• Produce complete construction document sets, shop drawings, and detailed architectural details.
• Maintain model accuracy, incorporate design changes, and ensure consistency across disciplines.
• Support interdisciplinary coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage model data within Autodesk Construction Cloud and related platforms.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, or equivalent.
• Minimum three years of professional BIM modeling experience for architectural projects.
• Proven ability to develop models through LOD 400 and deliver full construction documentation.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and detail‑orientation skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Advanced Revit proficiency.
• AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop.
• Dynamo, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• AI tools for BIM workflows.
• Lumion (beneficial).
• Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel.
