Bilingual Case Manager (Arabic/English) – Personal Injury Law

About the role

The CEO Lawyer Personal Injury Law Firm is seeking a bilingual Case Manager fluent in Arabic and English to support clients throughout the lifecycle of personal injury cases. You will act as the primary point of contact, coordinate case activities, and assist attorneys in preparing documentation and settlements.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison for clients, conducting intake interviews and providing regular case updates.
• Open new cases, organize medical records, police reports, insurance information, and maintain accurate case files.
• Track deadlines, statutes of limitations, and ensure timely filings.
• Communicate with insurance adjusters, prepare demand packages, and support settlement negotiations.
• Collaborate with attorneys, medical providers, and internal staff to keep cases progressing smoothly.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in case management, legal support, or personal injury law.
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
