Associate, Performance (Media Campaigns)

About the role

As an Associate, Performance you will support the planning, execution, and optimisation of performance‑driven media campaigns across search, social and display channels. Your work will directly influence client revenue growth and overall marketing effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and optimise performance media campaigns on search, social and display platforms.
• Conduct Search Query Report (SQR) analysis, add negative keywords and adjust bidding strategies.
• Prepare weekly performance reports, analyse key metrics and provide actionable recommendations.
• Analyse campaign results, identify trends and document learnings for future strategy.
• Evaluate user‑engagement metrics (CTR, conversion, bounce) to improve ad creative, landing pages and targeting.
• Perform in‑depth paid‑media performance and audience‑behavior analysis to guide targeting, messaging and budget allocation.
• Oversee finance reconciliation, verify spend and ensure accurate budget reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in a STEM discipline.
