Associate Manager, Supply Chain

About the role

Applied Medical is seeking an Associate Manager, Supply Chain to lead end‑to‑end supply chain operations from its Beirut office, supporting the Turkish market. The role ensures continuous product availability, efficient order execution, and alignment with regulatory and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review and improve operational processes for efficiency, accuracy and cost‑effectiveness.
• Partner with regulatory, 3PL and global planning teams to mitigate supply, transportation and customs risks.
• Collaborate with 3PL providers to manage daily warehouse activities and monitor performance against KPIs.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and control inventory levels.
• Drive demand forecasting and supply planning processes.
• Work with Quality Assurance and Regulatory functions to ensure compliance in Turkey.
• Track team KPIs such as forecast accuracy and order fulfillment, providing insights for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supply chain, logistics or inventory management.
• Ability to coordinate with cross‑functional teams including regulatory, quality and external partners.
• Strong analytical mindset for monitoring metrics and driving process enhancements.
• Experience managing relationships with third‑party logistics providers.
• Familiarity with demand forecasting and supply planning methodologies.
