Associate – Digital Experience (Media & Digital Marketing)

About the role

As a Digital Experience Associate at Deloitte, you will support the delivery and operation of the firm’s digital platforms across the Middle East. You will coordinate web requests, maintain high‑quality content, and assist with SEO and analytics to ensure smooth stakeholder workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for day‑to‑day digital platform requests from growth and business stakeholders.
• Execute content updates on site back‑ends, translating requests into clear briefs and routing work to the appropriate owners.
• Maintain trackers, follow up on approvals and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate content updates for Deloitte.com and internal platforms, ensuring correct format, metadata, links and governance compliance.
• Perform quality‑assurance checks pre‑ and post‑go‑live, including broken‑link detection, layout verification, CTA accuracy and basic accessibility.
• Support SEO execution by coordinating on‑page elements such as titles, meta descriptions, headings and internal linking.
• Assist with content hygiene initiatives, including page inventories, audits and archiving.

Required profile

• Early‑career digital professional who is organized, detail‑oriented and eager to develop expertise in web experience and digital operations.
• Strong communication skills to translate stakeholder requests into actionable briefs.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) for website updates.
• Basic SEO knowledge, including on‑page optimization and performance tracking.
• Familiarity with web analytics concepts and tools.
• Ability to conduct QA checks for links, layout and accessibility.
