Assistant Restaurant Manager – Hospitality Operations

About the role

The Assistant Restaurant Manager supports the Outlet Manager in daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction. This role involves supervising staff, managing inventory, and contributing to promotional planning.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee outlet operations in the Outlet Manager’s absence, ensuring standards are met.
• Prepare staff schedules, recommend hiring, promotions, and dismissals.
• Assist in planning promotions, beverage purchases, and pricing.
• Supervise bar personnel, monitor attitudes, and ensure proper equipment handling.
• Inspect all areas daily, enforce policies, and manage inventory requisitions.
• Handle guest feedback, complaints, and ensure service quality during peak hours.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience.
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in restaurant or hotel food‑and‑beverage operations.
• Fluent in Arabic, English and French with strong communication skills.
• Competencies include influencing, cultural awareness, customer service orientation, problem‑solving, and leadership.
