Artificial Intelligence Engineer

About the role

We are building a next‑generation AI Platform that enables intelligent automation across a wide range of business use cases. As an Artificial Intelligence Engineer you will design, develop, and deploy AI agents that combine reasoning, autonomy, and adaptability to turn raw data into actionable intelligence.

Key responsibilities

• Design, fine‑tune, and deploy LLM‑based AI agents for internal and customer‑facing automation.
• Build end‑to‑end agent pipelines covering data ingestion, reasoning, decision‑making, and execution.
• Develop modular AI tools and APIs that extend agent capabilities across domains.
• Integrate agents into production systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and compliance.
• Collaborate with product and business teams to translate functional needs into autonomous AI solutions.
• Continuously monitor agent performance, implement improvements, and document technical designs.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Engineering (data structures, algorithms, production‑grade coding).
• 3+ years of AI/ML engineering experience, specializing in LLMs, NLP, or autonomous systems.
• Hands‑on expertise with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers, and LangChain.
• Proficiency in Python (additional languages a plus).
• Experience with data preprocessing, model evaluation, and optimization.
• Familiarity with agent orchestration frameworks and retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
