About the role

AdsLabs is seeking a remote Appointment Setter to manage inbound and outbound outreach, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings for the sales and account management teams. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, ensuring a professional and helpful experience that aligns with our data‑driven digital marketing services.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, messages, and email outreach to connect with prospects.
• Schedule, confirm, and update appointments across multiple time zones.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and calendar tools.
• Follow scripts and adapt communication style to different audiences.
• Answer basic questions about AdsLabs’ services and provide a seamless handoff to sales.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to continuously improve outreach processes.

Required profile

• Proven ability to set appointments and manage scheduling across platforms.
• Experience in lead generation and qualifying prospects for sales calls.
• Strong spoken and written English with active listening skills.
• Professional, empathetic customer service approach.
