Annual Giving Manager

About the role

The Advancement Entity / Development Office is seeking an Annual Giving Manager to lead and expand Lebanese American University’s annual giving program. Reporting to the Vice President for Advancement, the role operates across both the Beirut and Byblos campuses and collaborates with deans, libraries, athletics, graduate studies, and student services.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement multi‑channel annual giving strategies, including direct mail, email, digital campaigns, phonathons, and Giving Day initiatives.
• Coordinate outreach plans with seven schools, libraries, athletics, graduate studies, research, and the Dean of Students.
• Set and monitor annual KPIs, aiming to increase alumni participation to 5% within one year.
• Oversee segmentation, personalization, and scheduling of appeals across multiple channels.
• Administer LYBUNT and SYBUNT programs to re‑engage lapsed donors.
• Supervise the Annual Giving Coordinator and Student Engagement Center Coordinator.
• Maintain accurate donor data, reporting, and stewardship activities.

Required profile

• Experience managing annual giving or fundraising programs in a higher‑education environment.
• Proven ability to work with multiple internal stakeholders and lead cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills to set targets, track performance, and report results.
