AI Solution Design Business Analyst

About the role

We are looking for an AI Solution Design Business Analyst to bridge business strategy, user experience, AI and software engineering. The role is hybrid and involves working closely with customers, executives, product managers, engineers and designers to uncover business problems and deliver AI‑powered enterprise solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews and design‑thinking sessions to capture business objectives and user needs.
• Analyse, validate and prioritise functional and technical requirements, producing BRDs, FRDs, user stories and process maps.
• Design enterprise AI solutions using Large Language Models, Generative AI, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation and AI copilots, defining workflows, knowledge architecture and governance.
• Create intuitive web and mobile application concepts applying Human‑Centered Design, building wireframes and prototypes in Figma.
• Map current (“as‑is”) processes and design optimized (“to‑be”) workflows using BPMN 2.0 diagrams.
• Collaborate with UX designers, software engineers and AI engineers to ensure solutions are scalable, secure and user‑centric.

Required profile

• Strong background in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
• Proven experience translating complex business challenges into technology solutions.
• Comfortable working directly with customers and cross‑functional teams.
• Passion for AI, digital transformation and human‑centered product thinking.
