AI & Data Coordinator

About the role

The AI & Data Coordinator ensures smooth communication and alignment between business units, technical teams, and external stakeholders for AI, analytics, and data initiatives. The role supports the delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement of data‑driven solutions across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate communication between business, technical, and external parties to keep AI and data projects on track.
• Track requirements, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and action items for all initiatives.
• Create and maintain documentation on business requirements, data workflows, standards, and solution implementations.
• Participate in discovery sessions, workshops, solution presentations, and follow‑up activities.
• Assist teams in troubleshooting data‑related challenges and support continuous improvement.
• Support the AI & Data Director with reporting, progress monitoring, and strategic coordination.
• Monitor industry trends, emerging AI technologies, and analytics tools for potential adoption.
• Lead data migration, transformation, integration, and implementation tasks as needed.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security, privacy, and quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in data coordination, business analysis, analytics operations, or project coordination.
• Professional proficiency in English and the local language.
• Understanding of information security and privacy principles (ISO 27001/27701) and data breach response procedures.
