About the role

LifeBridge, a project under Fidelity Insurance, is seeking a high‑performing Agency Manager to create and lead a new insurance agency in Lebanon. This is a fast‑track, performance‑based opportunity where you will build a team from scratch and shape the business model to achieve uncapped earnings.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and develop a network of agents and unit managers.
• Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance monitoring to drive sales results.
• Design and implement strategies to generate new business and sustain growth.
• Lead by example, setting high standards for customer service and compliance.
• Monitor production metrics and adjust tactics to maintain momentum.

Required profile

• Proven track record in sales leadership, preferably within the insurance sector.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build and scale a business.
• Excellent communication and motivational skills.
• Ability to work independently and make results‑driven decisions.
