Accounting Manager – Head Office

About the role

The Accounting Manager will lead the Group’s accounting functions from the head office, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and compliance with local and international standards. Working closely with the Group CFO, the role supports both operational and financial objectives while safeguarding the integrity of the Group’s financial records.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and ensure timely month‑end and year‑end closings.
• Produce consolidated reports, profit & loss statements, balance sheets and cash‑flow analyses for Group management.
• Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, fixed assets, inventory and payroll coordination.
• Maintain project accounting structures, track costs versus budgets, and ensure proper cost allocation and revenue recognition.
• Administer and optimise Microsoft Dynamics (NAV / Business Central), including chart of accounts, project coding and workflow improvements.
• Monitor daily cash positions, manage banking relationships, letters of credit, bank guarantees and working‑capital requirements.
• Lead, mentor and evaluate the accounting team, allocating responsibilities and driving process improvements.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in project‑based accounting and multi‑entity accounting.
• Proven track record managing accounting teams and collaborating with senior finance leadership.
• Strong knowledge of local statutory requirements and international accounting standards.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics.

• Microsoft Dynamics (NAV / Business Central) ERP expertise.
• Advanced proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting tools.
