Account Director – Senior Client Servicing Lead

About the role

Brand Aid is looking for a senior Account Director to lead its Client Servicing team in Lebanon, covering POSM, Fit‑Out, Retail, Activation, Events, Exhibition and Luxury, reporting to the Commercial Director, Levant. You will be accountable for each business unit’s sales revenue target in Lebanon and ensure projects are delivered in line with Brand Aid’s project management and Odoo compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve the country sales revenue target across all business units (POSM, Events & Activations, Fit‑Out, Retail, Exhibition, Luxury).
• Maintain 100 % market share across all business units, in and off season.
• Ensure all team pricing meets the BU‑specific multiplier floor before any discount is applied.
• Proactively propose concepts and campaigns to generate new revenue streams.
• Lead the Master Brief, internal briefings, approvals and cross‑department coordination for Events, Activations, Fit‑Out & Retail projects.
• Oversee the production workflow (brief, design, BOM, cut‑off dates) for POSM, Exhibition & Luxury projects.
• Ensure full team compliance with Odoo workflows and documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• 8 + years of experience in client servicing or account leadership within events, activation, POSM, retail, fit‑out or production agencies.
• Proven multi‑business‑line project delivery experience.
• Familiarity with Odoo or other ERP systems is a strong advantage.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
