Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

The Warehouse Supervisor at SARA Group ensures accurate inventory management and smooth warehouse operations. Working closely with Logistics, Supply Chain, and Operations teams, the role drives efficiency, accountability, and consistency across all warehouse processes.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain 99%+ inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and annual physical stock counts.
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies promptly.
• Oversee inter‑warehouse transfers, ensuring complete documentation and correct stock condition.
• Manage rack allocation, location management, and proper bin placement.
• Supervise warehouse staff, assign daily stock‑control tasks, and enforce FIFO and internal control policies.
• Prepare daily and weekly inventory reports and track performance metrics.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations or inventory control.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management best practices.
• Ability to work under operational pressure with high attention to detail.
• Leadership, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Proficient Excel skills for reporting and data analysis.
