About the role
We are looking for a friendly and professional waitress to join our vibrant café‑restaurant for the morning shift. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth and pleasant dining experience in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Take orders accurately and deliver them to the kitchen.
- Provide attentive guest service, answering questions and addressing needs.
- Collaborate with kitchen and floor staff to ensure high‑quality meals are served promptly.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a la carte service or similar hospitality role.
- Strong customer‑service orientation with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene practices, and food‑and‑beverage operations.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with guests, colleagues, and supervisors.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, carry trays, and thrive in a fast‑paced setting.
