About the role
SeoSavvyLawyer is looking for a proactive Virtual Assistant to support its legal‑marketing team. This full‑time remote position will help keep daily operations running smoothly while contributing to client communication and digital marketing initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for team members.
- Handle client communications, respond to inquiries, and maintain professional correspondence.
- Organise digital files, perform data‑entry tasks, and keep company systems up‑to‑date.
- Conduct research, prepare reports, and create presentation materials.
- Assist with project‑management activities and track task progress.
- Support social‑media channels and help with basic digital‑marketing efforts.
Required profile
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to work independently in a virtual environment.
- Experience in administrative support, preferably within legal or digital‑marketing contexts.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar).
- Familiarity with project‑management software and communication tools.
- Basic social‑media management and digital‑marketing support.
