UX/UI Designer – Creative & AI‑Assisted Design

About the role

We are seeking a creative UX/UI Designer to join Horecons and shape intuitive, engaging digital experiences. The role blends visual communication, user‑centered research, and AI‑assisted design to deliver high‑quality interfaces for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, surveys and usability testing, leveraging AI tools to organize findings and inform design decisions.
• Develop personas, customer journeys, user flows and information architecture.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, create wireframes, prototypes and mood boards using AI‑assisted concept exploration.
• Translate business requirements and insights into polished mockups, responsive layouts, design systems and interactive prototypes.
• Utilize AI tools for layout exploration, visual creation, content development and design variations.
• Perform usability testing, iterate designs based on feedback and collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation.
• Stay updated on UX/UI trends, emerging AI tools and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of professional experience as a UX/UI Designer.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user‑centered design across digital platforms.
• Proficiency in Figma and other design or prototyping tools.
• Familiarity with AI‑powered design tools such as Figma AI, Claude Design or similar.
• Solid understanding of design thinking, usability, responsive design and accessibility.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and presentation abilities.
• High attention to detail and a passion for continuous learning.
