UI/UX Designer

About the role

We are building complex web‑based platforms and need a skilled UI/UX Designer to turn wireframes and prototypes into polished, development‑ready designs. You will work on two desktop‑focused web platforms, with tablet and mobile extensions planned.

Key responsibilities

• Translate existing wireframes and prototypes into high‑fidelity, development‑ready designs.
• Design screens, user flows, and interactive prototypes covering all states and edge cases.
• Build and maintain a component library and design system to ensure visual consistency.
• Create and keep clear design documentation, including typography, color, spacing, and UI patterns.
• Prepare build‑ready handoff assets and support the development team during implementation.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of professional UI/UX or product design experience.
• Expert‑level proficiency in Figma with a strong portfolio of web and mobile applications.
• Deep understanding of user‑centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience designing responsive and adaptive layouts for multiple screen sizes.
• Solid knowledge of design systems, component‑based design, and design documentation.
• Familiarity with accessibility and usability standards.
• Proven ability to collaborate directly with development teams.
• Strong communication, presentation skills, and pixel‑accurate execution.
