UI/UX Designer

About the role

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to shape the interaction experience for XPIN AI’s autonomous agents. You will work directly with researchers and engineers in San Francisco, turning complex AI behavior into intuitive, trustworthy interfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize, prototype, and iterate designs from sketch to high‑fidelity mockups within tight daily cycles.
• Translate agent memory, intent, and action history into clear visual flows and animations.
• Build end‑to‑end user journeys, wireframes, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
• Conduct rapid user testing, A/B experiments, and analytics reviews to refine the experience.
• Define and maintain design systems, accessibility standards, and brand voice for future scaling.

Required profile

• 5+ years of end‑to‑end digital product design with a portfolio demonstrating both beauty and usability.
• Experience designing UI/UX for English and Arabic audiences.
• Proven track record designing AI‑powered or data‑rich consumer products.
• Strong collaboration mindset and willingness to work onsite in San Francisco.

Required skills

• Figma and interactive prototyping tools.
• Sketch and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Basic HTML/CSS for rapid prototyping.
• Motion design, haptics, and micro‑interaction systems.
