Turnaround & Restructuring Strategy Manager (Beirut)

About the role

EY‑Parthenon is seeking a Turnaround & Restructuring Strategy Manager to join its MENA team in Beirut. You will work on high‑profile transactions, advising clients on distressed‑asset acquisitions, business restructuring and cash‑management strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients in evaluating capital options and maximizing transaction value.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reviews of client operations.
• Provide advisory services on corporate risk management and cash‑flow optimisation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional project teams across strategy and transaction sub‑services.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, influencing senior decision‑makers.
• Contribute to practice‑development initiatives and promote a high‑performing work environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate restructuring or related finance roles.
• Strong business and commercial acumen with the ability to thrive in fast‑paced environments.
• Excellent quantitative and qualitative analysis capabilities.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) and Arabic (spoken and written).
• Willingness to travel regionally up to 50 % of the time.
