Trade Specialist – Facilities Management / Commercial Estimator

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Trade Specialist / Commercial Estimator to join our Facilities Management team in Zouk Mosbeh, Lebanon. The role is essential for reviewing technician findings, validating repair recommendations, and creating accurate, commercially profitable client proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Review technician reports, photos, videos and diagnostic findings.
• Validate repair recommendations, equipment details, quantities and safety considerations.
• Prepare professional client proposals covering scope, diagnosis, methodology, labor, materials, equipment, schedule and warranties.
• Review subcontractor and vendor quotes to confirm labor hours, material quantities, equipment rentals and other charges.
• Research current market pricing for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration and other building materials.
• Conduct financial reviews to ensure proper labor, material, equipment and margin calculations.
• Identify project risks and incorporate appropriate exclusions and risk mitigations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in commercial building‑trades estimation.
• Strong analytical skills to assess technical reports and pricing.
• Ability to produce clear, accurate and profitable proposals.
• Familiarity with facilities‑management processes and risk management.
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation.
