About the role

Lebanon Elementary School is seeking a passionate Third Grade Teacher to join its dedicated team. The successful candidate will create a supportive, student‑centered classroom where every child feels valued, challenged, and inspired to learn.

Key responsibilities

Design and deliver engaging, hands‑on lessons aligned with curriculum standards for Grade 3.
Foster academic excellence while supporting students’ social, emotional, and developmental growth.
Collaborate with colleagues, families, and school leadership to promote a positive learning environment.
Assess student progress, provide feedback, and adjust instruction to meet diverse learning needs.
Maintain accurate records and contribute to school-wide initiatives and events.
