Technician Sourcing Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Technician Sourcing Coordinator to manage U.S.-based commercial maintenance and repair projects from the initial request through successful completion. The role involves sourcing and coordinating technicians across the United States, negotiating rates, scheduling site visits, preparing quotes, and ensuring timely follow‑up on multiple active work orders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage maintenance and repair work orders from request to closure, including documentation and technician payment.
• Source qualified technicians and service providers for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, landscaping, general maintenance, and other trades.
• Negotiate competitive rates, confirm availability, and secure primary and backup providers.
• Provide technicians with detailed work order information, site requirements, timelines, and client expectations.
• Coordinate schedules, site visits, assessments, repairs, follow‑ups, and completion requirements.
• Research unfamiliar technical issues, repair methods, materials, and parts to determine suitable solutions.
• Prepare accurate technical quotes, scopes of work, repair plans, and pricing proposals for client approval.
• Source and coordinate procurement of required materials, components, equipment, and parts.
• Monitor job progress, deadlines, costs, profitability, technician performance, and potential risks.
• Maintain continuous communication with technicians, clients, suppliers, account managers, and internal teams.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong negotiation, organizational, and time‑management abilities.
• Proven multitasking capability to handle multiple active work orders daily.
• Analytical, detail‑oriented, and able to research unfamiliar technical topics quickly.
• Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working under high pressure and steep learning curves.
• Previous experience in operations, coordination, dispatching, customer service, sales, hospitality, facilities, or similar fast‑paced roles.
• Full availability for a full‑time onsite role in Jdeideh, Beirut, and for U.S.-aligned night shifts (approximately 4 PM–1 AM).
