About the role
The Technical Product Manager will plan, execute, and deliver technology projects on time, within scope and budget. Acting as the central coordination point, you will bridge Engineering, Product, QA and business stakeholders to ensure clear communication and predictable delivery across multiple concurrent projects.
Key responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and senior management.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules and resource allocations, and track progress against them.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams (Engineering, Product, QA, Design, Operations) to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Identify, track and mitigate project risks and issues; escalate blockers when needed.
- Manage project budgets, timelines and resource utilization, reporting variances proactively.
- Run regular status meetings, stand‑ups and stakeholder updates; maintain clear project documentation.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, retrospectives and backlog grooming.
- Ensure quality standards, technical requirements and regulatory compliance are met throughout delivery.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, contractors and third‑party partners.
- Conduct post‑project reviews and document lessons learned to improve future delivery.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or a related technical field.
- 2+ years in a dedicated Project Manager role delivering technology or software development projects, preceded by at least two years in a hands‑on technical role.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope and within budget.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Required skills
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project or Asana.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines and microservices architecture.
- Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities, especially under pressure.
