Technical Officer – Study & Immigration Visa

About the role

The Technical Officer – Study & Immigration Visa Department is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Beirut. You will manage study and immigration visa applications, ensuring all documentation meets regulatory standards while providing technical support to candidates and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Handle study and immigration visa applications, verifying completeness and accuracy of documents.
• Follow up with embassies, consulates, and educational institutions as required.
• Provide technical support related to visa processes and maintain organized records.
• Conduct academic and university research on international programs, entry requirements, tuition, and deadlines.
• Track candidate pipelines, application timelines, and visa statuses using Microsoft Excel.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Required profile

• Experience in study abroad, international admissions, or immigration visa processing.
• High professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft Excel for data sorting, tracking sheets, and formulas.
• Proficiency with office software and online visa application systems.
• Excellent research abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to review visa documents for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
