About the role

Broadnet Technologies is seeking an experienced Technical Lead to support and enhance its telecom and messaging platforms. The role blends platform support, backend development, solution design, and technical leadership in a fast‑growing CPaaS environment.

Key responsibilities

Support and troubleshoot SMSC, SMS Gateway, SMS Firewall, HLR, VoIP, and enterprise messaging platforms.
Investigate production incidents, perform root‑cause analysis, and monitor platform health.
Collaborate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve technical issues and assist customer implementations.
Design, develop, and maintain Java‑based backend services using Spring Boot, micro‑services architecture, and REST APIs.
Optimize database performance, conduct SQL tuning, and improve platform scalability, reliability, and security.
Participate in architecture reviews, CI/CD pipeline implementation, and deployment automation.
Mentor developers, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and contribute to pre‑sales activities and solution demonstrations.

Required profile

8‑10+ years of experience in software engineering, technical support, or telecommunications.
Proven experience supporting enterprise or telecom platforms.
Strong background in backend development, preferably with CPaaS, SMS, VoIP, or enterprise communication solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
