Technical Lead – Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps

About the role

Aspire Software is looking for a Technical Lead – Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps to join its team in Lebanon. This hands‑on role will own cloud infrastructure and DevOps operations for the Health and Dental portfolio, combining technical delivery with team leadership to ensure reliability, security, cost‑effectiveness and strong support.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage two employees, providing technical direction, coaching and prioritisation.
• Own and operate AWS infrastructure defined as code, including EC2, ECS, RDS, ALB/NLB and related services.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines covering build, testing, security scanning and deployment using GitHub Actions or GitLab CI.
• Operate containerised production workloads, handling health checks, rolling deployments and autoscaling.
• Manage backup and disaster recovery procedures, including regular restore testing.
• Configure load balancers, Nginx, IAM policies, secrets and coordinate vulnerability remediation.
• Maintain monitoring and alerting, leading calm incident response and troubleshooting.
• Monitor and optimise cloud spending, balancing cost, reliability and security.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with AWS services (EC2, ECS, ECR, RDS, ACM, ALB/NLB, Secrets Manager, IAM, S3, CloudWatch, Cloud Map).
• Strong Linux administration and networking knowledge (DNS, routing, firewalls, TLS, load balancing).
• Proven ability to lead a small technical team, provide coaching and oversee delivery.
• Experience with infrastructure‑as‑code tools such as Terraform or OpenTofu.
