Technical Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Consultant to join our banking solutions team. You will work closely with customers to document, model, and refine business requirements, support implementation, and ensure successful adoption of our software.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and design customer business requirements and model processes according to banking standards.
• Configure functional setups, parameters, and conduct functional testing.
• Provide pre‑sales support, product demonstrations, and assist customers during User Acceptance Testing.
• Develop user guides, functional specifications, and other documentation.
• Deliver internal and customer training on banking product functionalities.
• Report on product enhancements and support ongoing improvements.
• Collaborate with project teams to meet deadlines and schedules.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent; MBA a plus.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in banking software industry.
• Fluent in Arabic, English and French.
• Strong customer orientation, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Positive attitude, initiative and innovative thinking.
