About the role

The Taxi Operations & Dispatch Officer ensures that taxi bookings run smoothly in Saida. You will be the central point of contact for drivers and passengers, handling real‑time requests and resolving any operational issues.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage live taxi bookings throughout the shift.
• Coordinate with drivers to guarantee timely and accurate trip execution.
• Assist drivers and passengers when operational problems arise.
• Follow up on ongoing rides and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain a reliable experience for both drivers and passengers.

Required profile

• Resident of Saida.
• Excellent knowledge of Saida’s streets, neighborhoods, and surrounding areas.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable using mobile applications and basic technology tools.
• Organised, responsive and able to stay available during the 6 AM‑6 PM shift.

Required skills

• In‑depth familiarity with Saida’s road network.
• Ability to work quickly under real‑time pressure.
• Basic proficiency with mobile dispatch apps.
