About the role

Byblos Vista is seeking a sharp, organized, and people‑oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to support its U.S.-based operations. You will manage fast‑paced hiring pipelines, conduct candidate outreach, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Conduct initial screening calls and English assessments.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain professional communication with candidates.
• Update recruitment trackers and the ATS accurately.
• Post and manage job advertisements across multiple platforms.
• Support onboarding coordination for new hires.
• Build pipelines for operational and technical roles.
• Help improve hiring workflows, processes, and candidate experience.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, or customer‑facing roles.
• Very good English communication skills.
• Strong organization and follow‑up abilities.
• Comfortable speaking professionally with candidates.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Positive attitude, accountability, and willingness to learn.
• Willingness to work on‑site and support U.S. operational hours.
