Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

La Sagesse University is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead its recruitment and selection activities. Reporting to the HR Director, you will shape the university’s talent acquisition strategy, ensure a high‑quality candidate experience, and support the institution’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a talent acquisition strategy aligned with workforce needs and institutional goals.
• Design recruitment plans to attract top academic, administrative and leadership talent.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for faculty and non‑academic positions, including job description creation, sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment and offer management.
• Partner with Deans, Office and Center Directors to understand staffing requirements and ensure competency‑based hiring.
• Build talent pipelines for critical and hard‑to‑fill roles and continuously improve sourcing methods.
• Promote the university’s employer brand through recruitment campaigns and channel management (LinkedIn, career platforms, universities, professional networks).
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience, coordinate onboarding, and support off‑boarding processes.
• Develop recruitment dashboards, track metrics such as time‑to‑hire and time‑to‑fill, and produce regular reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within higher education or large organizations.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, employer branding and candidate experience.
• Ability to collaborate with senior academic and administrative leaders.
• Excellent communication, analytical and project‑management skills.
• Knowledge of university regulations and HR policies.
